I know you've heard it a thousand times in your life, but it can never be said enough:  "It doesn't matter how many times you fall, it matters how many times you get up."  Specifically, you only need to get up-ONE more time than you fall.  I know we want to paint a utopian picture of the world for our children, but here is an undisputable fact:  We fail more often than we succeed in life.  And it's easy to let the failures get you down.  They just can't keep you down.  Never has this been illustrated better than by this video.

Anyone who has ever been in a roller rink as a kid, knows these races well.  It would have been so easy for this little girl to just stay down, or skate off the floor to her parents, or start crying.  However, she picked herself up and proceeded to skate her legs off-completely dusting her competition.  It's Monday, we've got a long week ahead; and chances are, adversity will come your way.  When it does, instead of giving up, remember this little girl and get up and beat the pants off your opponent(s).
