Meet Two Lane Hometown Legend Amanda Riggan

Each week in collaboration with Two Lane Lager we are honoring a local hometown legend. This week's honoree is Amanda Riggan.

Amanda was nominated by her friend Glory. This is what she wrote:

I nominate Amanda Riggan. She is a FedEx driver, single mom, and founder of the nonprofit Hungry Heroes. She received a Traeger grill for Christmas a few years ago and became obsessed with grilling. Inspired by the loss of a local police officer, she decided to put her new skill to good use and give back to her community by feeding Military and first responders. She works so hard and never stops. I don’t know how she does it!! She is an awesome person and deserves appreciation for all that she does to make others feel special. As a bonus, she is also a country music guru and would LOVE this!
