Shoot Like A Girl Event Coming To Concord, NC This Weekend
Shoot Like A Girl is wrapping up their Home of the Brave Tour this weekend by heading to Bass Pro Shops in Concord, North Carolina. The free interactive event aims to introduce women to shooting sports in a fun, safe, and comfortable atmosphere. The event is open to both new and experienced shooters. Interested in attending? Just look for the Shoot Like A Girl trailer in front of Bass Pro Shops on Saturday, November 6 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, November 7 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about safe and responsible gun ownership and the many benefits of firearms from certified female instructors who are eager to share their passion for shooting sports. Attendees are also encouraged to bring their families and children to discuss and learn more about firearm safety. No experience is necessary to participate in this free event, and all equipment is provided to guests upon arrival.
Inside the range, those who are 16 years of age or older will be able to handle and shoot handguns and long guns with guidance from instructors. They will use a military-grade firearm simulator that provides immediate recoil, impact, and sound feedback. Archery coaches will also be onsite to assist guests with shooting bows.
Outside the range, at the Shoot Like A Girl gun bar, visitors of all ages are welcome to compare a variety of disabled firearms, including revolvers, semi-automatic pistols, shotguns and rifles. Additional products from corporate partners will be on display, including optics, conceal carry bags, holsters, TrueTimber camouflage, SABRE pepper spray products and much more.
