The Next Buyer of Prince Charles’ $6.7M Home Must Let Him To Do This For All Time
When I bought my home in Clover, the former owner had one request. She wanted to be able to come pick figs from the fig trees for all time, “Fig rights” she called them. I happily agreed. This is sort of the same thing but on a much grander scale:)
Prince Charles glorious former home is up for sale for the first time since he sold it over 27 years ago but there is a catch according to The Hookup. It is listed at nearly seven million dollars and the next buyer must be ok with his royal highness stopping by to go fishing any time he likes.
The listing goes on to say that since his home was built in 1906, it has been owned by the Duchy of Cornwall, one of Prince Charles’ titles and as long as 24 hour notice is given he needs to be able to fish there.
The home is made up of six bedrooms, six bathrooms and seven living spaces.
