Coolest High School Football Trick Play EVER
Having played quarterback myself, and having watched football forever. I didn’t think there was a “trick” play that I either haven’t seen, heard of, or done. I was DEAD WRONG. Johnston High School in Rhode Island was on the goal line, needing a score. One thing’s for sure, the closer you are to the goal line, the harder it is to pull off a “trick” play. There’s just not a lot of physical space for deception. Apparently, there’s more than enough room if your receiver could also qualify for an Olympic Gymnastic Floor Routine.
Yup, you saw that correctly. When the receiver went in motion, he did it by doing a series of flip-flops and a round off back handspring at the end. Amazing!
