Burn Ban In Effect In North Carolina
I love a good bonfire. But now is not the time, especially in North Carolina. There is a burn ban in effect, so what does that mean for you and me?
The burn ban means you will have to wait to ignite your leaves and other debris as many people do this time of year. Of course many people have a “burn” just for social reasons. All that will have to wait for now.

The ban is in effect of course because it is so dry and with so many leaves on the ground it could ignite out of control fires. Looking ahead to the weather forecast it looks like there is no rain in sight. Be safe ya’ll.
