Venomous Snake Found in Family’s Christmas Tree

This is some scary stuff. If I saw this…I would be forever emotionally broken.
Christmas was a little different this year. A family in Cape Town, South Africa spotted a venomous snake slithering in their Christmas tree and had to have it removed from the house by a professional snake catcher. It’s a boomslang snake that is described as a “shy” creature who “very seldom bites,” but when it does? It’s lethal.
