South End Charlotte Set To Glow Again When Rail Trail Lights Return
South End Charlotte will once again glow along part of the light rail system next month. Now this is fun! For a few weeks in March we will be treated to the luminary stylings of several artists from both North and South Carolina.
It all happens March 4-20 . And you can see the creations from Carson Boulevard light rail to Atherton Mills. Now only will that part of the light rail be in special LED lighting but there will be music and other performances featured.
