I've said this before, but it bears repeating.  I never thought I'd hear a country "hook singer" that could hold Tracy Lawrence's suitcase.  Then Luke Combs came around.  His ability to write and nail a country lyric is so needed right now.  Like Randy Travis and George Strait did in the 1980s, Combs, along with the likes of Eric Church and Morgan Wallen (along with some others) are carrying the torch for what I consider to be "America's Music."  Speaking of Strait, last night on Twitter, Luke shared a snippet of "Tomorrow Me," that he co-wrote with frequent Strait songwriter, Dean Dillon (and Ray Fulcher).

Tomorrow me ain't gonna like the way things go tonight
If I let you in and think it'll be different this time
So maybe we should let this day be,
Cuz I gotta live with Tomorrow Me

He's so good.  That girl you know is wrong for you, but you just can't resist.  Been there, done that, right?  This song is part of the much-anticipated, new album, "LC3."  Although he announced the album last March, there's yet to be a release date.  That being said, we've been getting these little song teases for a while now, so it's gotta be ready to go.  Oh, and if you're thinking, "Have I heard this before?"  The answer is maybe.  Luke is great about posting songs in their infant stage.  So the above is from the now fully produced song.  Here's the full "Tomorrow Me" after he just wrote it and couldn't resist sharing it in it's rawest form.
