Hello, I'm Johnny Cash.  Anyone who loves country music past and present knows that unmistakable introduction.  Johnny Cash would have been ninety years old on February 26 and his daughter recently revealed the unusual gift he would receive every year from the biggest movie star of the day.

I have a degree of separation from the Cash family.  My sister Linda was/is friends with Cathy Cash, one of Johnny's daughters.  I happened to be in Nashville one weekend when Cathy was having a party and it was so strange to see Johnny Cash's pictures around the house.  That's Nashville.

Back to my story;) Roseanne Cash recently revealed that she was visiting her dad on his birthday and saw a huge bouquet of flowers in the room.  Who were they from?  None other that one of the world's most famous women of the day, Elizabeth Taylor.  She sent him flowers every single year to remind him that he was one day older than her. Check out the story in People magazine.
