Once you start communicating with emojis, it is hard to go back.  The heart emoji is probably the most popular, at least for me.  Some of my other favorites are the heart eyes, the mad, the mad with curse word if I am super mad and of course the poop emoji.

But after a while of using the same ol emojis we need new ones!  And the emoji people are happy to oblige.  There are 37 new emojis that are making their debut .  Some of them include the troll, which I imagine will be very popular, a full nest/empty nest, a face with tears welling up, a pregnant lady and even a pregnant man.  It looks like there is going to be something for just about everyone.

So when and where should you use emojis.  It depends on your workplace but the rule of thumb is emojis are best used as personal communication.  For example if you send the heart emoji to a co worker it could be misleading.  For more information and a pic of all 37 new emojis check them out in the Business Journal
