Have you ever watched the annual Hot Dog Eating Contest from Coney Island, New York (July 4th)?  Okay, for those that haven't here's a quick look for you.  Pay attention to the method of stuffing the dogs in the contestant's pie-holes.

Notice how they dip the hot dogs in water?  It makes them easier to swallow (we're told), even though the thought of water-logged buns around a dog disgusts me almost as much as watching these folks in the first place.  Anyway, I give you that background to present to you the case of Nicolas Heller.  @newyorknico on Instagram has become somewhat of a viral sensation for this video of him while recently taking in a New York Yankees game.

I love beer.  I love hot dogs.  That being said, this is not a chocolate and peanut butter situation.  Just because you have two great tastes doesn't mean they should be tasted together.  Am I right?  I mean, this guy's a savage for eating this way.  Or am I way off and Nicolas is a groundbreaker in terms of hot dog consumption?  Your thoughts?
