Garth Brooks was performing his song "Callin' Baton Rouge" on Saturday night at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge (4/30) when the noise of 106,000 fans cheering and singing along in Baton Rouge, Lousiana, got so loud that it registered as an earthquake.

LSU's seismograph captured the small earthquake, marking the second time in over three decades that Tiger Stadium registered a tremor from cheering fans. The first was when LSU narrowly defeated Auburn University with two minutes left in a 1988 football game.

The Washington Post reported that fans' Apple Watches began shooting up alerts about sound levels reaching 95 decibels, warning them that spending "10 minutes at this level can cause temporary hearing loss."

Garth posted to social media about the event, saying, "From the "Garthquake" in Baton Rouge to the Country Music Hall of Fame!!!! love, g #GARTHinBATONROUGE #LSU #TigerStadium #BatonRouge #Garthquake22."

Trisha Yearwood also posted about playing at LSU's Tiger Stadium. She wrote, "LSU, I went purple and gold for you! Thank you for an unbelievable night Xo."
