In the coming weeks, you're going to hear more and more about a weight loss journey that Debbie and I have embarked on together.  With that in mind, I'm hyper aware of others doing the same.  Chris Sandberg's method of operations towards weight loss and better health is unique to say the least.  About a year into the pandemic, the then 275-pound Sandberg began exercising every day until Taco Bell brought back his favorite menu item, the Grilled Stuft Nacho.

Well, here we are 480 days later and more than 87 pounds shed by Chris Sandberg in the process.  Here's what's interesting, Dolly Parton recently lobbied for T Bell to bring back its Mexican Pizza — and BOOM, it's happening.  Chris Sandberg has worked his tail off (or at least 87 pounds of it) and is STILL waiting for the return of the Grilled Stuft Nacho.
