Luke Bryan has had a great week of fishing before CMA Fest, which he plays on Sunday (6/11). Luke posted a series of videos and images on his Instagram of his fishing expeditions, including where he goes underwater to catch a fish by hand, seriously impressing his sons on the boat. Luke captioned the video of the hand catch, “Last fishing trip before touring starts. Me and @flintdavisfishing have had a few awesome days.” His mom Leclaire reacts, “That’s the way us Georgia folks roll. We don’t give up.”

Luke’s fellow Idol judge Katy Perry reacted to the post, writing, “Wow, ok, I believe you now you do love hunting and fishing and loving every day.”

Chris Janson also responded to the post, writing in part, “Anytime anybody asks who the “most country” artist I know is, I tell them LUKE BRYAN immediately. I love you, man.”

Bryan’s previous post about fishing was a photo of him and his son Tate. He wrote, “Tate’s first shoal bass. Hell of a fishing week for me.”
