New Minions Movie Is Causing Theatre Owners A Serious Problem
According to insidehook.com, teens are becoming a problem at showings of the new Minions film.
#GentleMinions is a new social media trend inspired by the film’s release. As the videos under the hashtag depict, flocks of teens in formalwear are arriving at theaters in droves, strapped with bananas and walking in a peculiar formation.
This is of course inspired by the film. However, theatre owners are saying the groups have become very disruptive. Incidents of mosh pits, bananas being thrown at movie screens and loud whooping and clapping have been reported and can be seen in many of the viral TikToks.
