Jeni’s Wedding Cake Ice Cream Is Back!
Ice cream is synonymous with summer. So what better way to celebrate than with the return of one of Jeni’s most magical flavors- Wedding Cake? My mouth is already watering! What’s better than combining two deserts into one? That’s right Wedding Cake is back for a limited time. And it’s the perfect flavor for celebrating an engagement, anniversary or practicing some self-care. It’s that last one for me.
Wedding Cake is available in all Jeni’s scoop shops nationwide for Splendid Rewards members beginning 8/8. The flavor will be widely available online and in scoop shops for everyone starting 8/11—so save the date!
Wedding Cake is spongy vanilla cake with lemon, blackberries, and buttercream icing. And it’s gluten-free! This rich ice cream features notes of vanilla and butter and a spoon-coating, icing-like texture. That’s because there is cream cheese added to the ice cream. Also added to the treat are two sauces—bright lemon curd and brambleberry sauce. I think I’m in love!
