I don't remember how long ago-years-Tanner's wife, Missy, Catherine Lane, and Debbie all started watching this crazy show on TLC.  First, just a comment here.  Do you remember when TLC stood for "The Learning Channel?"  Their programming used to be cameras in operating rooms teaching about knee replacements.  Seriously, watch that once, you'll never want it.  Anyway, somewhere along the line, TLC became the home of freaks for voyeurs.  Near the top of that list (IMO) is the saga of Cody Brown and his multiple wives.  This show has always seemed absurd to me as I thought polygamy was illegal.  These folks aren't just hiding in plain sight, they are hiding on national TV, and no one's thought to arrest them?  Anyway, for 16 seasons Debbie and her cohorts have been bingeing this weirdness.  At the end of last season, there was much distress as one of the wives was looking to peace out on this whole arrangement.  And apparently, it's true!

There can't be one man watching this show voluntarily.  No way. <g>  Will she stay?  Will she go?  Has she already gone?  Will my man replace her with a new wife?  Will anyone FINALLY throw all of them in jail?  Tune in for the Season 17 of Sister Wives on TLC September 11.  BTW-how about the coincidence of the anniversary of one of our nation's biggest disasters coupled with the return of this show?!
