Dale Jr. Tweets Grandmother’s Sun Drop Pound Cake Recipe

Dale Earnhardt Jr. posted a tribute to his late grandmother on Twitter yesterday -- a copy of her Sun Drop Pound Cake recipe.

Martha Earnhardt, often called the matriarch of the Earnhardt racing family, passed away on Christmas Day in 2021.  Her pound cake recipe calls on Sun Drop soft drink for the cake and icing.  It doesn't get much more Carolina than this.
