Billy Ray made the announcement over the weekend. He posted a photo of his mom on his Instagram with the caption, my mom went to heaven today. She belongs there. She earned it. She was the very definition of love.
Country stars Dierks Bentley, Elle King, and Lindsay Eli all left heartfelt comments under the post. Daughter Noah commented, that yes she was.
