I could not stop watching or laughing at this on a number of levels.  So TikTok's Audrey Karn (@plz_stfu0) is a drive-thru employee.  Although she never states the fast-food company that employs her, it's pretty easy to figure out it's Starbucks.  Well, apparently Audrey has had a bad day/week dealing with the peeps and decided to let off some steam by sharing with the world the “worst” types of customers that she and her food service brethren have to deal with.

Quick review, here are the worst customer categories according to Audrey:

• THE YELLER-one who (obviously) raises their voice to an uncomfortable level while ordering (uh, just trying to be helpful. See bad customer number 3)
• NO MANNERS-well, this is someone who chooses to order without engaging in small talk (not sure if I knew small talk was part of the deal, but...)
• ORDERS FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE-this one is obvious, and I can see where this is problematic
• THE GASLIGHTER-okay, valid complaint here. I'm with Audrey on this. I'd go crazy with customers who who claim they asked for a specific modification even though their order doesn’t reflect it. After asking for it to be fixed, the cheapskate ask to keep the drinks that were not correct.

Now, outside of the obvious reasons I found this funny. I also couldn't help but think one of the things that drives me crazy is dealing with the Audreys of the world who use the word "like" four times in every sentence. "Like how can I like help you with like your order and stuff like today?" ;)
