Twice in my life I've been watching a movie when something happened unexpectedly to a high-end automobile that made me wince or audibly cry out loud.  The first time was when I was watching Risky Business.  My dream car growing up was the Porsche 928.  When this happened, I wanted to throw up.

Then, there was when I was in high school, was car crazy, and while on a date seeing "Ferris Bueller's Day Off," tears rolled down my face.

Look, it's one thing when this happens in the movies or on TV.  I mean, there's a "no cars were actually harmed during filming" disclaimer, right?  It's an entirely other matter when this sort of unmitigated disaster occurs in real life.  Check out what happend a few days ago in Monaco when a valet who, couldn't drive a stick, decided, "How hard can it be?" with someone's Ferrari.  WARNING:  turn down your volume.  The audible disgust from the car's owner is understandably, NSFW!

You know what would have been funny?  If out of nowhere, the people that own the scooters that the Ferrari crashed into, appeared out of nowhere, and were more outraged than the car owner. <g>
