When Carly Pearce was 17 years old she had a bit of a lead foot, at least on one particular day driving in her home state of Kentucky.  In her rear view, a blue light flashes and she knows she could possibly be getting a ticket.  Oh boy, I hate that sinking feeling. I'll bet at seventeen, she was nervous about what was going to happen next.

According to CMT, Carly got out of the speeding ticket because she had a tag that said "BGRASS".  Lucky for her the law enforcement officer was also a bluegrass fan and let her go.

Now I am guessing that Carly wasn't really driving all the fast, was respectful to the officer and did everything she was told.  He told her that he appreciated her taste in music.  Sometimes those vanity plates come in handy.
