I must admit, none of Tim Allen's "Santa Clause" movies have ever been on my radar.  Look, I know people LOVE them and they've made a ton of money, but Christmas movies are a very personal thing and these have just never had any appeal to me.  In fact, I don't know if I've ever been able to watch any of them all the way through.  So, it was surprising that I ever clicked on this trailer from the upcoming "The Santa Clauses."

The premise is nothing new in the realm of Christmas films.  Santa is tired of being Santa and decides he's gonna hang em up.  Here's where I just started cracking up.  Santa is handling the interview process for the new Santa, personally.  One candidate?  Former NFL quarterback, Peyton Manning-who absolutely kills it in this clip.  I realize this is probably about the extent of his appearance, but this will get a watch from me just to see it again.  "The Santa Clauses" is a two-part streaming event on Disney+ starting November 16th.
