Oktoberfest…it’s not just for people anymore! Rescue Ranch in Statesville, North Carolina invites you to party with your pooch at Dogtoberfest on Saturday, October 8th. Do they make lederhosen for dogs?

This fun family-friendly event will include food trucks, a doggy treat truck, beer garden, dog costume contest, agility course, adoptable animals, pumpkin painting, live music, and more. You’ll also find plenty of local pet vendors in the “Barking Lot.”

Founded in 2012, Rescue Ranch is a 501c3 non-profit animal welfare organization founded by Krissie Newman and NASCAR driver Ryan Newman. It sits on 87 acres in Statesville with a mission of promoting compassion for all animals through education and adoption programs. They have over 80 rescued animals of all types.

Rescue Ranch requests that all dogs attending Dogtoberfest are kept on leashes, are well-mannered, and fully vaccinated. It’s all happening on Saturday, October 8th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are $5 per person. Of course, dogs get in free. Rescue Ranch is located at 1424 Turnersburg Hwy., Statesville, North Carolina. You can see more details HERE.
