Many people know the story of The Grinch as a Christmas tale, but according to ScreenCrush, that’s about to change. In much the same way as Winnie the Pooh become hardcore, the character created by Dr.Seuss will be the main character in an R-rated slasher film.
The Mean One is a more extreme version of the tale that you grew up with. In this film, The Grinch no longer wants to steal Christmas because he realizes that the true meaning of Christmas is, blood.
