Study: Female Dogs Judge You

This is our girl Winnie.  When Catherine brings her to the station, she comes directly to me.  Clearly, I am her favorite.  Next time I see her, I think I will make a mistake on purpose to see if this new study is true.  It says that female dogs judge you when you make a mistake.

Researchers had dogs keep an eye on people when they successfully opened containers and then fail to open them.  Now this is funny, according to Japan's Kyoto University, male dogs don't judge but researchers noticed that females were judging and identifying the failure.

One researcher noted: "Our findings show that dogs, especially female dogs are able to identify human incompetence which can influence their behavior, especially if food is involved". Learn more from the Daily Mail.
