The natural enemy of the inflatable deer has been identified as bears.  Following a spring and summer that found bears breaking into cars, homes, and garage refrigerators, what's next?  We have our answer.  Before we dive into that, can I ask a question?  Don't bears hibernate?  When does that start?  What could possibly keep a bear from his long winter's nap?  Maybe it's when/if he senses a threat.  In this case, apparently Pooh has decided that a ginormous inflatable deer is just that!

Imagine this California man.  He gets up one morning only to discover that his inflatable holiday yard display has been decimated.  What happened?  Upon consulting his home security camera, Dave Lester discovers "Rudolph" has met a most unwanted and unexpected fate.  On his Facebook page is this caption, "Sad news. Woke up this morning to Rudolph laying on the ground unresponsive. No amount of CPR or duct tape could revive him.”  Too funny.  However, if you've got young kids in the house, you better get this stuff cleared out.  MUCH easier to claim and explain theft, that to have them see the truth.  Then all of the sudden you've got a Christmas PTSD story on your hands that will haunt your family holiday forever. <g>
