Great Life Hack For Folding Pants
Maybe it’s just me, but when I saw this way to fold pants, it was as if the skies opened up and heavenly choirs started singing. The revelation was real. I’m serious. The old saying is, “There’s more than one way to skin a cat.” Well, there are 10 thousand ways to fold pants. None of them have ever looked as easy and efficient as this. If you’re like me and do a fair amount of travel (weekend trips and otherwise), you know how invaluable a life hack this is.
I know, right? How great is this. And so simple. Just lay the pants out. Fold the legs up halfway. Then fold from the bottom of that to the top. Fold then from left to right (or right to left, dealer’s choice here) and boom goes the dynamite. Stackable and packable your pants become. My first impulse was to call my mom and yell at her for the complicated and awkward way she taught me to fold involving matching seams and creating creases. I wanted to send her this reel and yell, “See, mom?! See how easy this is?!” Then, with that thought I stopped and laughed. The only thing funnier than watching 5-year-old me trying to fold laundry to my mother’s specs and satisfaction, would be the me of today watching my mother trying to open a reel on her phone or laptop. What am I waiting for? If you think this blog isn’t being sent directly to her, if you think links to this blog aren’t being sent to her, you’re crazy. Also, I’m going to send a message to my dad to Facetime me when she’s trying to play the reel. Oh wait, I’ve got to explain to him how to Facetime? <g>
