M&M’s “Spokes Candies” Are Back
M&M’s “spokes candies” are back. The candies took a brief hiatus as part of a Super Bowl ad campaign but held a “press conference” afterward to announce their triumphant return.
According to Today, the return may be the result of Maya Rudolph and her ad for “Candy Coated Clam Bites” that aired on Sunday night. Rudolph made her debut as M&M’s new spokesperson prior to the Super Bowl when Mars announced the original mascots had been put on “indefinite pause.”
After the clam bite commercial aired, M&M’s swiftly “canceled” the Rudolph campaign, saying the original spokes candies were “back for good.” M&M’s has found itself at the center of controversy lately over the makeover of its flagship characters to become more “inclusive.” What do you think about the M&M spokes candies?

North Carolina has a particular sweet tooth for a certain treat. Find out what it is below. We also included some additional state favorites on the list too. Personally, Sno-Caps are my weakness.
