We are always on the lookout for cool spots to haunt with our friends for Sunday Funday. We’re especially partial to distilleries, wineries and of course, beer spots. So, we’re more than fired up to hear about this expansion of Fish Market Bar & Grill in Ft. Mill. Pět Piv is Czech for five beers. Which makes this next factoid delightfully against brand. Pět Piv will have twelve beers and four wines on tap. The location is in the really cool Baxter Village area (900 Market Street) and will have seating capacity for fifty to seventy people. And no good beer garden just serves beverages alone. Pět Piv will offer pizza and a small menu of pub food. Perfect.
Quoted in The Charlotte Observer, Fish Market Bar & Grill’s owner Selena Keleman says, “I wanted to create another option for people looking for a cool and casual place to hang out.” Done. We’ll be there soon. Pět Piv is open Monday thru Saturday from 3-10pm. Oops. Better pivot to “Saturday Funday” for our squad’s visit to this one. Should be well worth it. Oh, and as you can tell by the Instagram post, this is an adults only beer garden, so if you’re saddled with little ones, a visit to Pět Piv will necessitate a babysitter.
