Wine And Food Festival Brings The Fun To North Carolina
Now that the weather is warm and mostly sunny, we can’t wait to spend more time outdoors. And, when you throw in a fun wine and food festival I’m all in! So, mark your calendar for May 6 this year. That’s when the annual Wine and Food Festival takes place in Symphony Park at South Park Mall in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Wine and Food Festival website points out the event, postponed from Fall of 2022, features the “All You Care To Taste” program, pop-ups, food trucks and live music throughout the day. And, what does “all you care to taste” involve? Well, apparently it’s 100+ international wines, beer and spirits in a souvenir glass.
Plus, there’s a special VIP experience at the Wine and Food Festival. And, that includes access to a VIP Champagne lounge, a bottle of wine from a curated selection in addition to an extra tasting hour and more. VIP admission is $75 and allows entrance from noon to 6 p.m. However, general admission is from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. for $39. And, due to the popularity of the event guests might wish to purchase advance tickets online. Onsite tickets will be available. But, those prices will increase, according to their website.
So, make sure you bring cash and a valid ID. Many vendors do accept credit cards. But, we all know it’s usually quicker to have cash on hand. Guests can bring non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. Although, bags and coolers may be searched. And, leave the pets at home this time. Service dogs are welcome but need to be registered ahead of time.
This Wine and Food Festival sounds like so much fun. Visit their website for further info and tickets. Symphony Park is located at 4400 Sharon Road in Charlotte, North Carolina.
