A new study just published by Harvard Medical School reveals that walking for 30 minutes a day and taking multivitamins can take years off your brain. Here is why vitamins may make your brain three years younger.
Researchers studied 3,500 senior citizens over three years according to CNN. Some of the elderly people took vitamins and some took a placebo. Then the study started.
Researchers found the multivitamin users were sharper and scored better on memory tests than those that took the placebo. Researchers say they estimate that the effect of the multi vitamin really did improve memory performance over the fake vitamin. The equivalent of just a little over three years of age related memory change.
