Man Loses Nearly 60 Pounds In 100 Days Eating Nothing But McDonalds
After what we’ve done in the last year, we consider ourselves experts in the world of lifestyle changes and losing weight. And that’s what it truly takes, you HAVE to change your method of operation in your life if you want to lose and maintain significant weight loss. And what works for one might not work for another. This would have never done the trick for me, I would not have had the discipline.
In late February, 57-year-old Kevin Maginnis made an set a TikTok goal that went viral in a hurry. He was going to lose weight. And he was going to do it by eating nothing but McDonald’s food for 100 days.

Now, this was not done willy nilly. No, he followed his own certain guidelines. Maginnis ate three McDonald’s meals daily from anywhere on the menu. He cut each meal in half and then saved the other portion for his next meal. So in other words, if he had a cheeseburger and regular fries, he would cut the burger in half and divide the fries’ volume the same. There’s no snacking between meals. Also, no soda. He drank bottled water with each meal.
