North Carolina’s Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Celebrates July 4th And Here’s How To Get A Free Treat

It's always a good time to celebrate with Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.  But, I love when the North Carolina brand issues special edition treats to commemorate holidays.  And, it's even better when they offer a way to snag a free treat in conjunction with the day!  So now, we can celebrate the upcoming July 4th with specially created Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.

The "Stars & Stripes" collection is available through July 4th at Krispy Kreme locations across the nation.  And, as an added bonus visitors sporting red, white and blue on July 4th can grab a free Original Glazed Krispy Kreme at participating locations.  The deal limits one per person.

So, what's in this special lineup of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts?  First, it's the "Freedom Flag" Original Glazed dipped in red icing and decorated resembling an American flag.  Next, it's the "Red Velvet Sparkler" red velvet cake doughnut with cream cheese icing and stars and pearls sprinkles.  Finally, there's "All-American Apple Pie" unglazed shell with apple cinnamon filling.  It's dipped in caramel flavored icing and a graham cracker flavored crumb and drizzle of white icing.  And, they come in a cute Fourth of July-themed box.  Also, there's a chocolate iced with red, white and blue sprinkles available separately.

But, how do we get them?  Of course the dozen, which includes 3 of each variety along with 3 Original Glazed, is available in shops or for pickup and delivery through Krispy Kreme's app where available.  Obviously,  there are locations of our favorite doughnut chain all over the Carolinas.  Just visit their website for details and shops near you.
