Here are the American cities with the cutest dogs but where does North Carolina rank?
Mixbook Photo Company searched high and low for the cutest dogs in the United States of America. Did North Carolina or South Carolina dogs make the list. According to these folks, they didn’t. I think they just didn’t ask the right people:)
Overall canine cuteness factors in heavily in the survey. Participants were also asked to name the cutest overall dog over all, the best groomed and the cutest small and big dogs per capita.

Below are the top 15 states as well the most popular adopted dogs in each state. To do this TOP Data analyzed a dog adoption database of 500,000 adopted dogs, analyzed online adoption data, and surveyed 1,000 dog owners across the U.S. Did you add a furry friend to your family in the past few years?
