South Carolina Woman Gets $200,000 Lottery Suprise On Vacation

Look, I love EVERY lottery winning story.  That being said, there are some I enjoy more than others.  This one, may be my favorite in some time for a number of reasons.  A woman from the upstate of South Carolina won $200,000 playing Powerball.  That's the story's baseline.
