Joe Manganiello To Host ‘Deal Or No Deal’ Revival
The ladies love this guy. So I would assume this is news they will be thrilled to hear. Joe Manganiello has been announced as the host of the spin-off to the classic game Deal or No Deal Island.”
The series will send 13 players to “the elusive Banker’s private island to compete for cash. Deadline says it will be a season-long, fully immersive competition.”
Corie Henson of NBC Universal Entertainment said, “The role of Deal or No Deal host has always been held by someone charming, hilarious, and devastatingly handsome. “When we took the show out of the studio and transported the game to the Banker’s island, Joe was the obvious choice. He loves all kinds of games, lives for adventure, and isn’t afraid to stare down a snake or two to help players win a life-changing payday and, hopefully, beat the Banker at his own game.”
The announcement was made in a new video that features Howie Mandel. He admits he is a germaphobe, and hosting a game show set on an island isn’t his thing. So Joe Manganiello stepped in to take the briefcase off his hands. ‘Deal or No Deal Island’ will premiere sometime in 2024 on NBC.
