We had a glass of wine to get ready for our goat yoga adventure.

I have been known to take a nip or two of wine. But a new study shows that most wine drinkers are not clear on how much they are drinking.

The study done at Iowa State University and Cornell found that when people are consuming wine, many of them don't even realize how much they are drinking. According to the study published in the Des Moines Register, people don't know how much they are drinking because of the variables like the size, shape and color of the glass.

A standard serving size is five ounces.  Researchers found that wine drinkers in the survey poured 12 percent more wine into a wide glass than a narrow one because we tend to judge volume by height not width.  To learn more about this study get details right here.
