For anyone who has used one of these things, the picture above gives you the shakes on a number of different levels.  For the first there is no hack.  That being of course, "she who lives in my home and is related to me by marriage" has decided to paint the living/dining/bedroom, and there's no getting out of it.  Sorry guys, I got nothing.  Now, for the second, a painting life hack so genius that I HATE I didn't think of myself.

The problem with paint rollers is what to do AFTER you're done with them?  Wait, let me be more specific.  How am I going to get this roller off the holder and thrown out without paint getting even more all over me than it already is?  Sound familiar?  Thought so.  Well, TIP Centric on Facebook provided a life hack this weekend that ALMOST has me looking forward to the next paint job my wife dreams up.  Here's the deal.

Let's start with this question.  Have you ever noticed that a paint roller is roughly the size of a Pringles can?  Wait, I can see the wheels in your mind turning already.  First job, eat a can of Pringles.  Not a hard task, right?  Then you want to punch a hole in the center of the plastic lid just big enough to place on the paint roller handle just above the grip.  This will serve as an extra layer of paint drop protection for you while painting, BUT also be invaluable later.

Once you're done with the painting task.  Use the plastic lid to easily remove the paint roll into the empty Pringles can.  Pop the lid back on and toss in the trash.  IKR?!  This may be the greatest painting life hack of all-time.

This Pumpkin Carving Life Hack Is A Game Changer

Carving pumpkins is an essential fall activity. But let's be honest it's tricky to do, can be slightly dangerous, and just takes a long time. But what if I told you there is an easier way to do it? A new pumpkin carving hack is certainly faster and perhaps even easier. Especially if you just want a face and not an intricate design. You just might need a pressure washer but if you can get your hands on one you're in luck.

The pumpkin carving hack trend has gone viral on TikTok and seems simple enough and makes for perfect spooky pumpkins.
