Are you a shopper at one of America's largest retail stores?  If so, listen up.  New store hours and other changes at Walmart.

First of all, shopping hours will be different. This will be a cool change too.  Starting November 10, Walmart will be changing their sensory-friendly shopping hours from one day a week to everyday each week nationwide.  According to our source, nj.com, those hours will be 8am to 10 am.  Walmart said in a press release  there is no planned date for the shopping hours change.

I have a very good friend with autism and sensory friendly shopping is a great idea.  It was introduced back in July for a trail run to help parents with kids with sensory issues to go back to school shopping. During those hours, lights will be dimmer and motion monitors turned off. The in store radio will also be turned down.  The feedback was overwhelmingly positive according to a company.

There are new store hours and others changes at Walmart.  To get all the details check out our source, nj.com right here.

USA Today recently had their readers vote for their "10 best" campaign. One of those categories was "The Best Small Towns for Shopping". And one North Carolina town made the top 10 best small towns for the shopping list! I've never been to this mountain town, so a visit may be in order. Summer is the perfect time to travel and enjoy the mainly open air shopping districts on this list. Shopping and historic towns are some of my favorite things.
