Extra Chicken Request At South Carolina Chipotle Results In Hair Pulling And Body Slamming
Wow, you just never know what’s happening right outside your back door these days. Apparently, a South Carolina Chipotle employee was attacked over an extra chicken request. And, just so happens it’s the brand new Chipotle just yards from my home.
So, according to Queen City News, all the action went down around 9 p.m. Sunday night. And, although we were home at the time, we didn’t hear any sirens or ruckus out of the ordinary. This particular Indian Land Chipotle just opened a couple of months ago. And, I love the proximity that allows me to basically walk over to grab food. But, I’m always careful to make my trips early before the neighborhood gets dark. And, as it turns out, I was right to make sure I don’t go alone or at night.
As the story goes, a customer at the Indian Land, South Carolina Chipotle asked for extra chicken on her order. And, the employee told the woman the extra chicken comes with an extra cost. It seems this didn’t sit well with the customer, and an argument began. Apparently “insults and expletives” flew. And, in the video we see quite a brawl with shouting and rolling around on the floor of the store.
Reports say the employee walked away and subsequently attempted to leave the restaurant before the physical attack. However, the family involved in the altercation allegedly attacked the employee and did not allow her to leave. The alleged attackers were a teen boy and a man and a woman. And, according to witnesses and video, they all seem to take part in the fight. The South Carolina Chipotle employee attacked over extra chicken became the victim of a vicious assault. There was hair pulling and body slamming. And, there was even hair from the male suspect collected as evidence from the scene. They eventually left and 911 was called.
