But it looks like he isn't having it. The couple is identified by media outlets as Dustin Miller and Anthony Thorne.

According to the Charlotte Observer, Miller yells "Hello everybody, American Airlines just (blanked) us over". In the video Thorne is seen pulling at Miller trying to get him to stop. Thorne goes on to make a reference to his dogs, "We are just trying to get home to the girls". But then something else strange reportedly happens.

A lady with a dog and in a wheelchair urges Miller to calm down. And again, according to the video he is just not having it. Even yelling at the woman in the wheelchair some things that just aren't nice. According to our source, the airport has no comment. The Charlotte Observer was reportedly told to check with American Airlines for comment. Time and time again, air travelers are encouraged to "pack their patience". The airport is one of the busiest in the world. And it is the second largest hub for American Airlines.

A lot of people come and go through Charlotte Douglas International airport. Especially around the holidays. But everyone has moments they aren't proud of.
