More specifically, if you recall buying a ticket for the November 11 drawing in the Gaston County area, that $200,000 ticket expires Friday, May 10.

According to WCCB, the winning Powerball ticket in North Carolina was purchased at Murphy USA on Lincolnton Highway in Cherryville.

And, the ticket successfully matched numbers on four white balls and the red Powerball for a prize of $200,000.

Lottery officials urge anyone who might have participated in that date’s drawing to check any tickets they might have forgotten about. The winning numbers were 1, 12, 14, 24, 57 and Powerball 7.

And, with the 180 day window for claiming the ticket coming up, the date of expiration is May 10.
