Could Rascal Flatts finally be planning their reunion? Could the band be putting together that long-awaited farewell tour? I hope they are. And I hope they are not doing a farewell tour, but a welcome back tour.

The Hints Of A Reunion

Changes to the band’s social media seem to indicate that something is up. Rascal Flatts recently updated their Instagram bio, changing the text to read "What are we doing these days?" along with a pair of emoji eyes. Last week, the band also shared a photo of themselves on stage, and asked fans to show off their favorite tour memories. "We're feeling nostalgic," the caption reads. "Share your favorite Rascal Flatts tour memories and tag us so we can see them."

Why Did They End It

Taste of Country listed the reasons that were probably behind the group's demise. Originally, the band said it was simply just time. After 20 years of making hit country music, members Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus, and Joe Don Rooney were all ready to focus on some of their projects. During the year that followed, it became pretty clear that that wasn't the whole story. LeVox revealed that he had "never been okay with the way that it ended," and said that Rooney "quit."

Let hope the guys have changed their minds.
