Not all Top lists are fun, especially for homeowners and renters. Pest control company Terminix has shared its list for the most rodent-infested cities in the U.S. They seem to go hand in hand with population size...most of the time

The Top 15 are: New York City, NY San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose, CA Los Angeles, CA Philadelphia, PA Washington DC Chicago, IL Houston, TX Boston, MA Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Atlanta, GA Baltimore, MD Sacramento-Stockton-Modesto, CA Denver, CO Hartford-New Haven, CT Cleveland-Akron, OH

Why They Are There

Fox 8 says that rats and mice are hard to avoid in cities, as most rodent populations are attracted to high population densities with easy-to-access food and mild climates, according to the pest control company.

To get the info Terminix utilizied data from over 300 Terminix branches nationwide, they compiled a list of cities where residents utilized rodent control services most frequently in 2023 within designated service areas.
