Heart’n Soul Hospice is free to their clients, and that might rub other Hospice organizations the wrong way. At the end of life, we all deserve a compassionate transition without worry or pain no matter how much money we have in the bank.
Did you know that out of the 200+ hospice agencies in North Carolina, ZERO is minority owned and operated? That’s why we’re sad that Heart’N Soul’s petition was denied by the State Health Coordinating Council stating that minority utilization is a problem nationally and in Mecklenburg /North Carolina.
