November is National Caregivers Month — a time to recognize and celebrate the millions of people who quietly show up every day to care for loved ones. In fact, there are an estimated 63 million caregivers in the U.S., including both paid and unpaid caregivers, who provide care for people with chronic, disabling, or serious health conditions. Caregiving can be rewarding, but it’s also demanding, emotional, and often unseen. Today, we’re giving caregivers the spotlight. We’re talking about their journeys, their challenges, their resilience, and the support they deserve.
