Thomas Rhett Knows What Halloween Is Missing
Thomas Rhett’s family loves celebrating all the holidays, from 4th of July to Halloween to Christmas. They tend to go all out with decorations and outfits and fireworks, or whatever the traditions are for each holiday.
But Thomas thinks there is something missing from Halloween that perhaps he and some of his country music peers can fix.
He told us in a recent interview, “What I feel like we’re really missing, I don’t feel like anyone has ever put out a legitimate Halloween record. Like, you know how when you’re doing your Halloween party you put on a playlist and it’s literally just ‘Thriller’ and ‘Monster Mash?’ I feel like those are the only two legit Halloween songs.”
The creative country star added that he and some of his country music friends should do something about the lack of Halloween music, “I feel like maybe some folks in the country community should kind of band together and write like a 10-song Halloween record.”
The singer recently released his latest album available now. The album is called About A Woman, and he sings a lot about his love for his wife, Lauren. On his official website, you can buy the album in various kinds of vinyl and even on CD.

Rhett has achieved enough success in his career that he could afford to hire someone to do most of the chores or work around his house, but Thomas actually enjoys cleaning, and he especially enjoys doing manly things out in his yard.
Rhett told us in a recent interview, “I love yard work and I love cleaning period, and I used to hate it. I think 2020 kind of forced me to be a little bit of a ‘clean freak.’ And so to this day, not in the wintertime, but when it’s summertime, I love getting to wash me and Lauren’s cars.”
Thomas continued with a smile, “And when trees fall down in our yard there’s nothing I love better than going to Home Depot and buying some gas and some oil and puttin’ it in a chainsaw and just going to town. Gettin’ an axe, cuttin’ up firewood, like I love that stuff.”
The singer is doing various one-off dates this month and then a few shows in December. He kicks off his 2025 tour next year in June in Rogers, Arkansas.
