If you have faced discrimination regarding Farm Loan Programs before 2021, there is money set aside, but you must apply at 22007apply.gov.
This program is funded by the Inflation Reduction Act (Section 22007). The $2.2 billion allocated is for farmers, ranchers, and forest landowners who faced discrimination. Applicants can receive up to $500,000 in payments.
